How the curd did we get here?

“I never thought I’d build a cottage cheese brand. But looking back, it makes perfect sense.”

As a teenager, Mili went through a tough period with Anorexia. Rebuilding her relationship with food took years, and through it all, cottage cheese quietly became a staple simple, nourishing, high in protein, and never a compromise.

It stuck.

Since then, she’s been completely hooked (two pots a day kind of hooked). After years working in Management Consulting in London, Mili couldn’t ignore how boring and outdated cottage cheese had become. No innovation, no brand love, no excitement.

So she decided to do something about it.

Curdi was born from that mission. To take something humble and forgotten, and make it modern, sexy, and full of life again.
